Docs2Keep is our document management and e-archiving system. You create repositories and input forms for each kind of record, scan straight into the archive and search in Arabic and English. Clearance levels and a permissions matrix decide who sees what, and every view and change is written to an audit trail.

It is where our digitizing projects land: scanned images and their index are loaded into Docs2Keep on your servers. With our document intelligence, fields read by local AI arrive ready for review. A mobile app gives secure access to the archive away from the office.

Rasel2Keep manages incoming and outgoing correspondence in one web-based system. Your organization structure and contacts are set up once, and every letter is registered, routed to the right department and followed up. Staff work in the browser, with nothing to install on their computers.

Scanned letters are read with OCR, data is encrypted, and reports show where correspondence stands. Where volumes are high, our AI agents can give each incoming letter a first reading and propose the department and priority for a person to approve. The routing decision always stays with your staff.

Docs2AI reads your archive. Letters, forms and contracts become records with their fields, books become searchable full text and registers become rows, all saved to your own SQL Server database. It runs on one AI workstation at your site, with no cloud, so no data leaves the building.

Nothing is guessed in silence. A value is confirmed only when two independent AI readers agree on it; anything else is flagged, and your staff check it beside the page image and accept the right reading with one click. You define your own document types and fields, and an accuracy report per field, measured on your own pages, shows where you stand before go-live and after every change.

The Smart Legal Research Assistant answers legal questions asked in Arabic. Each answer shows the legislative basis it rests on, so the user can go straight to the source and check it. It supports legal research; the legal judgement stays with the user.

Users choose between four AI models: DeepSeek-V3, LLaMA 70B, GPT-OSS 120B and EXAONE. Putting the same question to more than one model is a simple way to compare answers before relying on them. Together with the cited legislation, that keeps every answer open to checking.

MetaNileVerse is a virtual world built by our own team. It holds a cinema, a concert stage and real-estate showrooms, each a persistent space visitors can return to. People move between them as they would in a real venue.
