What we collect on this website, why, and how long we keep it.
Who we are

What we collect
When you send a request through the contact form, we store the details you enter: name, organization, email, phone, the service you are interested in and your message.
To protect the form from abuse, we store with your request a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself.
Like any web server, ours also records every request in its access logs, including your full IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type. We keep these logs for 90 days for security and troubleshooting, then delete them.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request and to send you a confirmation email. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
Cookies
Without your consent we use only the cookies the site needs: one that remembers your language for a year, one named ig_consent that stores your cookie choice for 12 months, and a security cookie that protects our forms. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser, not on our servers.
Only if you accept, Google Analytics measures visits on our behalf, using pseudonymous identifiers. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* for up to 13 months. If you reject, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google.
You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.
If you choose to play a video on our site, it loads from YouTube (Google) in privacy-enhanced mode and YouTube's own privacy policy then applies; nothing is loaded from YouTube before you press play.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are deleted automatically after 24 months.
Server access logs, which contain IP addresses, are deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@infoglobe.ae.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections, and your requests are stored on our own servers in a database that only authorized staff can access.
