Overview
Most of the documents our clients hold are sensitive: correspondence, contracts, personal and financial records. That is why every AI system we deliver runs on your premises, on local models inside your own network. Nothing is sent to a cloud service, and every result can be traced back to the page it came from.
We are careful with claims. Our figures come from graded samples on real projects. A value the models are not sure of always goes to a reviewer, and handwriting is rated conservatively because results depend on the page and the script.
Our AI work grows out of two decades of digitizing archives. We know what old files look like, how they are indexed and who needs to find them. That is why review screens, audit trails and permissions are part of every system we deliver, not add-ons.
How a document is read

Capture
Pages are scanned on your premises at the quality the archive needs, after fragile originals are restored. Each image stays linked to its file and box, so it can always be traced back to the original.

Recognise
Local models read printed and handwritten Arabic and English on every page. Each document is then sorted by type, using the list agreed for your archive.

Extract
Dates, subjects, senders, names, ID and reference numbers become structured fields, with Hijri dates converted. Several models read each value independently, and it is confirmed only when they agree.

Verify
Values the models disagree on go to a reviewer, who sees the page region behind each one. Every correction is recorded in the audit trail and never overwritten by a later run.

How we build AI responsibly
On your servers
Models run on your own servers or in your data centre. Production work does not depend on any cloud service.
People confirm
Several models read each page independently, and a value is confirmed only when they agree. Everything else goes to a reviewer, who makes the final call.
Full audit trail
Every view, correction and approval is recorded. A reviewer's correction is kept and never overwritten by a later run.
Honest numbers
In an independently graded sample, 93-98% of confirmed values were correct. Handwriting is rated conservatively at 65-79%, depending on page quality and script.

Handwriting results depend on page quality and on the age and style of the script. Human review always remains part of the process, and pre-filled fields still cut archiving time considerably.
