Secure Localized AI
AI that runs inside your network to classify sensitive documents, spot unusual access and help prevent data and document leaks.

Overview
Generative AI is useful only if your documents stay yours. We build AI that runs inside your network to classify sensitive material, flag unusual access and help prevent data and document leaks. Not a single page is sent outside for processing.
Each system is designed around your security policies and connected to the permissions you already have. Access follows a permissions matrix and a clearance level on each record, so people only see what they are allowed to see. Every view and change is written to an audit trail.
The same local models can answer your staff's questions about your own documents. Answers come from servers you control, within the permissions of the person asking. Alerts and rules are reviewed with your security team and adjusted as the picture of normal work becomes clear.
What changes for you
Sensitive files labelled from the start
Documents receive a confidentiality level as they enter the archive.
Unusual access gets noticed
Access that does not fit a user's normal work is flagged for your team to review.
AI without sending data out
Staff can use AI on internal documents while every page stays on your servers.
What we deliver
-
Sensitive document classification
Labels documents by confidentiality level as they enter the archive. The levels follow your own classification policy.
-
Unusual access alerts
Spots access patterns that do not fit a user's normal work. Alerts go to your security team, who decide what happens next.
-
Leak prevention
Policies that stop sensitive files leaving through mail, print or export. Rules are set per confidentiality level and can be tightened over time.
-
Private AI assistants
Ask questions about your own documents, answered by models on your servers. Answers respect the permissions of the person asking.
-
Full audit trail
Every view and change is recorded. Your team can see who opened which document, and when.
How we work
Assess
Map your sensitive data, users and current controls. We then agree with you what must be protected first.
Design
Agree the policies, models and hardware. The design follows your security policies and classification levels.
Deploy on-premises
Install on your servers and connect to your existing permissions. Nothing is moved to an outside service.
Monitor and improve
Review alerts with your team and tune the rules. Adjustments are recorded like any other change.
Questions
Does any of our data leave the network?
No. The models run on your own servers or in your data centre, and no cloud service is required. Documents, questions and answers stay inside your network.
Does it work with the permissions we already have?
Yes. We connect it to your existing permissions, so access follows the rules you already apply. The details are agreed with you during the assessment and design steps.
What do we need to provide?
An overview of your sensitive data, your users and your current controls, plus servers for the models to run on. We size the hardware with you before anything is installed.
