We design and build web portals, cloud systems and mobile apps around the way your organization works. Our process is human-centred and based on design thinking: we start from the people who will use the system, prototype early and test with them before development. Some steps run as short design sprints with your team.
Our systems run over the internet or inside your intranet. Access follows a permissions matrix, data is protected by several layers of security and encryption, and every operation is recorded in an audit trail. Interfaces work in Arabic and English, and analytical reports support decision-making.
Every system follows your privacy and data policies and the standards of your sector, and is built to be maintained and extended for years. For archiving and correspondence we build on our own products, Docs2Keep and Rasel2Keep. Our work includes a ministry portal, a national animal numbering and vaccination system, and case-file management for a legal affairs department.

Questions
Can the system run only on our internal network?
Yes. Our applications can run over the internet or on an intranet, depending on your policies. We agree the hosting with your IT team during design.
Will it work in Arabic and English?
Yes. We build interfaces in both languages, with a right-to-left layout for Arabic. Reports and search are planned for both from the start.
What happens after launch?
We train your users, hand over the system and stay on for support, on site and online. Systems are built to be maintained and extended as your needs change.
